Cristina Vascellari was hired at the Principe Forte dei Marmi boutique hotel in February 2010 as Guest relation manager in the start-up phase of the hotel, later confirmed as deputy director, in February 2012 she was appointed sole director of the Principe hotel management as well as director of the hotel; the property realizes its ability to bring the hotel to the highest levels.

The first objectives that the Director gave herself were to form her team, find a private beach and open a restaurant, realizing right away that in order to bring the Principe project into profit and recover the important restructuring investment sustained for the hotel, she had to invest again; so she started her own
projects by engaging collaborators such as chef Valentino Cassanelli and maitre Sokol Ndreko, and others no less important who are still within the group today. 

In the following years she managed to gradually confirm many other young people until today, reaching a "family" of 50 collaborators, a large number if you consider that the hotel has only 28 rooms and the work is concentrated on the season. Having achieved the three objectives today, after ten years of this management, we can say that the project is a winner, especially the investment in human resources has been fundamental. 

The Director's philosophy has always been to make the managers grow within the company and to retain all employees, thanks also to the purchase of the Dalmazia beach club, where a restaurant has been opened, and the opening of the Lux Lucis restaurant on the hotel rooftop.

The Principe Forte dei Marmi hotel is a 5*L boutique hotel, which has become very exclusive, and affiliated with prestigious brands including: Leading Hotels of the World, Virtuoso and Fine Hotels & Resorts, establishing itself as a true excellence on the national and international territory.
