Yes, Principe Forte dei Marmi is open throughout the year. Some services, restaurants and experiences operate seasonally. Guests are therefore advised to contact the hotel to confirm availability and opening hours for their chosen period.

Yes, the hotel offers private on-site parking, subject to availability and the conditions of the booked rate. Guests are advised to request or reserve parking when making their booking in order to receive confirmation, information about any applicable charges and assistance upon arrival.

Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m., while check-out is required by 12:00 noon. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be agreed with the Front Desk.

Early check-in before 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival can only be guaranteed by booking the previous night.

Late check-out between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. is subject to availability and incurs a charge equal to 50% of the nightly room rate. Late check-out after 4:00 p.m. is also subject to availability and incurs a charge equal to the full nightly room rate.

The hotel welcomes pets under specific conditions, which may vary according to the animal’s size, the room category and the services requested. Guests must inform the hotel before arrival and confirm availability, any applicable supplements and access rules for the different areas directly with the hotel.

Small dogs weighing up to 5 kg are accepted, subject to the hotel’s internal regulations and the instructions provided by the Reservations team.

Principe Forte dei Marmi offers two categories of double rooms and six categories of suites, designed to meet a variety of accommodation needs.

For families, the hotel offers various combinations of connecting double rooms and suites, suitable for accommodating four to six guests with maximum comfort and privacy. Our team is available to recommend the most suitable solution based on the number of family members and their accommodation preferences.

The hotel does not offer quadruple rooms. For more than three guests, accommodation is provided exclusively in connecting rooms.

The rooms and suites offer views of the garden, courtyard and Apuan Alps. Three suite categories also feature a private balcony. The view varies depending on the selected room category. Guests with specific preferences are advised to contact the hotel’s Reservations Office.

Breakfast is served at Ristorante Principe from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. It includes a continental selection as well as freshly prepared sweet and savoury dishes and is always included in the room rate.

No charge will be made to your credit card unless there is a late cancellation, late modification or no-show. Reservations may be modified or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the booked date.

In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a charge of €100 per person will be applied to the credit card provided.

Ristorante Principe offers versatile international cuisine suitable for guests of different nationalities, combining classic dishes with contemporary creations.

It is the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Kosher and halal dishes can also be prepared when requested in advance.

During winter, the restaurant is open for breakfast only. During the summer season, it is open for lunch and snack service until 6:30 p.m.

Opening days and hours vary according to the season. From November to March, it also hosts Chef Cassanelli’s winter dining experience. During the summer season, it is open exclusively for evening service, from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
